Robert Whims

Robert’s finance background and depth of legal experience enables him to provide seasoned guidance to Optimal Capital Advisors clients. He is admitted to practice law in Michigan state courts as well as the United States District Court for the Western Districts of Michigan, Wisconsin, and the Southern District of California. He is a member of the California State Bar, and served as a Deputy District Attorney in both Orange County and San Diego County for over 10 years. Born in Detroit, Robert graduated from the University of Michigan Undergraduate School of Business in 1984, majoring in finance. He attended Pepperdine University School of Law on an academic scholarship and was a member of the Law Review there, and graduated in 1988.
